Fit Factory’s Afterburn workouts are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while giving you maximum results under the supervision of the most qualified personal trainers, with modifications if needed. Sessions are 30 minutes long, using various equipment to build your strength and endurance. Each class time varies in size so if you like a large or small class, there is a class for you.
Advanced Afterburn Bootcamp
This is a members only class designed to push you to the next level. The Advanced sessions are up to 35 minutes long with limited space to make sure you get the closest attention as possible. The sessions have the same aspect as our Afterburn sessions but use more equipment and heavier weights, along with longer work time. More challenging but still able to be completed by anyone, with modifications if needed.
Burn Factory is designed to finish off the week and give you a great caloric afterburn for the weekend. In 30 minutes, we take all of the hard work that was put in during the week and mix it all up into one class session. You will get a mix of all the cardio, stability and resistance training you received all week. It is a great way to finish off the week and kickstart your weekend.
